Condos in Town?

Are there any condo projects in Saratoga Springs, New York and are there any that are on golf courses? What is the condo price range? Are there any age restricted condo communities?

Do we have condos? We have several condo projects under construction, proposals about to go before design review and many available condos currently on the market. When Bob Israel proposed the first condo project in downtown Saratoga Springs, a block from Broadway in the late 90’s, lots of naysayers shook their heads and said,”Why who would ever buy a condo here?” Were they ever wrong. Phase 4 of that project is almost sold out and we have condos going up all over town. There is an older townhouse development, Birch run which is adjacent to the Saratoga Golf and Polo Club. There are townhouses on the MacGregor Course and out near Saratoga Lake there are also townhouses. There is a 55 and over affordable townhouse community outside of Saratoga in nearby Milton. Prices range from $180,000 for the 55 and over units to well over $1,000,000. for a luxury condo with Olmstead designed Congress Park as the backyard.
